Returns outside the UE must be sent by regular postal mail. All Fedex packages will be automatically refused.

Any return is made under your responsibility, and must be insured.
Any returned product must be packed in its original packaging, and have never been worn or used. You have to understand that we cannot accept a return for a underwear that has been opened and used.
Hosery products, Accessories and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Except if we made a mistake, any refund is made for the value of the product itself.

If the 15 days deadline is exceeded , we accept exchanges after the Christmas holidays pour all ordres placed between November 14th up till December 16th 2013. After this date, the 15 day deadline will apply again under the previous specified conditions.
If you experience any problem after receiving your delivery (error, damage, missing item, or whatever else...) please, contact us immediatly, and contact the carrier. Keep the box. Do not destroy or throw anything. Email us email@example.com. We will tell you what to do.
We are not responsible if your order cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address, or if you are not present.
Our products are shipped in appropriate packages, and we use the most appropriate mean of transportation according to the emergency of the order, and according to your choice. Except of clear indications from you, when an order is not completely available when we receiveit, we ship immediately what is available. Of course, you will have to make the appropriate verifications by the transporter when receiving the goods.

Our products are shipped from France. All import taxes, if there are, have to be paid by the addressee. We will not accept any return for taxes reason.

If a customer orders a product forbidden for import in his country, we try not to ship it. But Dessus-Dessous cannot be held responsible for shipping goods in a country where they are illegal on import.
Each customer has the charge not to order goods forbidden in its own country. We cannot know the regulations of ALL of our customer's countries. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for the refusal of the goods by the customs, or any legal authority.
