Returns outside the UE must be sent by regular postal mail. All Fedex packages will be automatically refused.

We suggest you to insure your package and to keep all proof of postage in case it gets lost.

We do our best to provide complete satisfaction with our products and services. However would you return an item, you have a delay of 15 days, and to request exchange or refund:

It is mandatory that the items should be in their original packaging, never worn or used. The reason of your return, as well as your wish of exchange or refund must be stated. The shipping back is at your expense, and the parcel must be insured.
