You wish to return an item?

According to the laws, you have 15 days after receiving your parcel. To request exchange or refund to our return services.

We thank you to please connect to your customer account in order to download the return form. Please follow the printed instructions.

  • If you want to make an exchange, return the item to us and simply place your new order online at Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment as soon as possible.
  • Refunds will be done within 2 days after we receive your package (credit on your account or check according to the payment method chosen).
  • Store credit : you will receive a confirmation email for the new credit on your account on our website.
  • Marked down products can be exchanged for a new size, or another product. You can also request a store credit valid for an unlimited period of time, or you can request to be reimbursed.
  • The shipping back fees will be paid by you, as well as insurance against loss or damage. For your first exchange (same item, new size, new color or new product), it will be sent back to you free of charges (only within France).

Conditions for return

  • Returns outside the UE must be sent by regular registered postal mail. All Fedex and Chronopost packages will be automatically refused. We suggest you to insure your package and keep all proof of postage in case it gets lost.
  • The lingerie must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels still on and never been worn.
  • The return label must be inside the package with the returned items.
  • Hosiery products, Accessories and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We cannot accept a return for safety reasons:

    • All the sextoys.
    • The articles not in their original packaging.
    • The packages for which we do not have any information about the sender ( order number, shipping number, full name, address).
